I would like to say a big 'thank you' for sorting out my computer problems.

 As far as I'm concerned, you are a 'fountain of all knowledge' when it comes to IT both in computer software and hardware, and you are a really nice/easy-going person to deal with so that can't be bad can it. Everything on my computer is now running quickly and without fault and I thank you for that.

Thanks also for the after sales service and your quick replies to my 'odd' question every now and then are really appreciated.
