We had real problems with our software and our system was down, and we cannot afford to be offline for any length of time.

 Peter solved the problems very quickly, not being the most technical minded people in the world it was explained to us in simple terminology and we were up and running again in no time at all and we have had no problems since. Very impressed with the excellent service.
