NEW for 2010 ~ EN206-1:2000 Concrete. Specification, performance, production and conformity. A ready made off the shelf EN206 conformity database program which provides a dynamic statistical analysis for controlling the strength of production concretes.
Microsoft Access 2000+
The latest release for 2010. Since 2004 this EN206-1:2000 Conformity Database has been used successfully in many concrete plants in the UK for at least 2 years. The system has also been included in external UK quality audits and been accepted as valid.
This EN206-1:2000 Conformity Database also provides a limited strength prediction facility commonly known as a CUSUM (cumulative sum analysis).
A System designed by Concrete Technologists for Concrete Technologists!
A Microsoft Access Solution
Created in 2004 this EN206-1:2000 Concrete Conformity System 2010 is now commercially available. This system uses Microsoft Access 2000/2003/2007 and is easily distributed. It can be run on a desktop or over a network.
Using MS access makes this tool fully integrated with Microsoft office. It has instant dynamic reporting tools which are available at the click of a button.
EN206-1:2000 Concrete Conformity System Features:
- Designed to run using compressive strength analysis on concrete cubes;

Enhancements - Configuration
- Free configuration - If you supply the trial mix strength, density and slump adjustment data we will deliver you a pre-configured system ready to go and all you have to do is start inputting your cube results! You will have an EN206-1:2000 concrete conformity database that should satisfy external accreditation bodies.
- Enhancements are charged at a simple base rate. We would have to discuss what changes you want made so we can estimate how long it will take to develop for you.
- Cusum - This system can be used as an alternative trend indicator to existing Cusum methods of concrete strength quality control.
