NetObjects Fusion - This is the program my 13 year old daughter likes. It's really easy to create your web site in minutes. It has a few nice templates to get started.

The program interface is far easier than both Dreamweaver and FrontPage.

NetObjects Fusion makes it quite easy for someone with a little experience to create a Website with very little time invested. The Site Wizard is especially good for those who want to create a Web presence and who only need to list some basic information regarding their products or services. Remember, though, the site will be "stock", just like all the others of those who bought the program.

If you want to get started very quickly this is probably the easiest one to use.
